Rob & Olivia Shannon

Rob grew up on Long Island, the oldest of four children. Strong family values and striving for excellence led to success in academics and athletics. He graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Economics and rowed on the crew team.

 

Olivia was born in Bucharest, Romania and was 6 years old when she and her family moved to New York City to pursue the American Dream.

 

They both were in graduate MBA/PhD programs when they met and after three months Rob proposed and were married a year later.

 

After 4 years of marriage, their journey to Diamond began at Rob's high school reunion when a former classmate approached him about an exciting business opportunity.

 

As new IBOs they saw the value of mentorship and immediately locked arms with their coaches, plugged into the BWW system of success and made a lifelong commitment to build their Amway business.
