Valeriy & Nadia Solodyankin

Valeriy and Nadia Solodyankin are entrepreneurs, mentors, and family-focused leaders who have dedicated their lives to helping others grow personally and professionally.

Originally from Russia, they immigrated to the United States in pursuit of greater opportunities for their family. Early in their journey, Valeriy built a successful construction business while Nadia worked as a teacher’s assistant and balanced multiple jobs while raising their children. Within just nine years, they welcomed six children into their family, building their lives around faith, hard work, and strong family values.

In 1998, Valeriy and Nadia began their entrepreneurial journey with Amway. As their business grew, Valeriy eventually passed his construction company on to their eldest son so they could focus fully on developing leaders and helping other families pursue financial independence and personal growth.

 

Their path accelerated after discovering the mentorship and leadership education environment provided through Britt World Wide. By consistently applying the principles of growth, discipline, and service, they built a thriving organization while mentoring many others to do the same.

 

In 2010, Valeriy and Nadia achieved the Diamond level, a milestone that marked a turning point not only in their lives but also for their entire family. They were honored to receive their Diamond recognition personally from Bill Britt.

 

Today, Valeriy and Nadia reside in Charlotte, North Carolina, where they have lived since 2004 after relocating from Washington State. Married for over 45 years, they continue to lead by example, focusing on mentorship, personal development, and building strong families.

 

Their greatest joy is their growing family. They are proud parents of six children and grandparents to sixteen grandchildren. Their home has become a private oasis where their grandchildren gather to explore, play, and create lasting memories.

 

Outside of business, Valeriy enjoys scuba diving and playing volleyball, while Nadia says her favorite hobby is simply being a “real grandmother” - spending meaningful time with her grandchildren.

 

Valeriy often shares his favorite quote:

“There is no growth in the comfort zone, and there is no comfort in the growth zone.”

Nadia lives by two principles:
“There are no random coincidences.” and “I am responsible for what I say, but I am not responsible for what you hear.”
