Rick & Toni Fairchild

We were born and raised in western North Carolina, and were High School sweethearts. We joined the United States Air Force after graduating High School and got married while we were in basic training in San Antonio, Texas.

We were stationed at Minot AFB, ND when we were given the opportunity to become entrepreneurs with the Amway opportunity. Even though we were working 12 hour shifts, plus attending College three nights a week, we made time start our business. Within 3 years our part-time business income was 4X what our USAF income was so we had the option to not reenlist.

We went Diamond in 6 years and neither of us have worked for anyone else since our mid-twenties. The Amway opportunity and the BWW business development community have impacted every aspect of our life, our family, our legacy.
