Before Diane and Rick ever met, they were two people already carrying big dreams. Diane began her career as a paralegal, and one day Rick walked into her office — a moment that felt like the start of something special. Diane later moved into real estate, which is when their sponsor introduced her to Amway, a meeting that shifted the direction of their lives. After college, Rick traveled cross‑country and explored life before returning home to New Jersey, where he apprenticed in tuning and rebuilding pianos and eventually owned a successful piano business of his own — but he still wanted more for his future family. After their first meeting with their sponsor, Rick and Diane knew they had a real chance to build the life they wanted on their own terms. With dedication, resilience, and perseverance, they built their business to Platinum and then Emerald — all within three years — even fulfilling Rick’s father’s lifelong dream of visiting Hawaii at 82 years young.

As life moved forward and their family grew, Rick and Diane reached Diamond and invested in a beautiful property on Martha’s Vineyard — a milestone especially meaningful to Diane, who had dreamed of owning a beach house since childhood. That home became a gathering place where many of their team members, friends, and family were able to create memories together. The flexibility they built through their business allowed them to be present for everything — every game, every dance recital, every school event — fully there for their children while building a future for them. It also gave them the time and resources to care for their aging parents when they needed it most. And through it all, Rick and Diane used their training, their love of people, and their voices to lift others up — helping countless individuals build businesses of their own. Later, they became part of the BWW organization, where they found a true sense of family and the missing piece of their Amway journey. Today, Rick and Diane still live on their quaint farm in beautiful Monmouth County, NJ, now proud grandparents who continue to spend their time helping others grow, including their own family.
